Cold and windy morning today so ran on the TM. Felt pretty good today but just ran easy. Glad to get a couple of consective days in.
Cold and snowy this morning so ran on the TM. Felt good today and no problems with the calf. Going to continue to build up.
Felt much better today. No tightness or soreness in the calf. Hopefully, I have put this one behind me.
