Great morning (55) and calm. Today I wanted to do 6 miles at MP which I was planning around 7:45. Started off with 2 mile warmup then picked up to MP. I felt tired and sluggish getting started but after a couple of miles started feeling better and the MP felt comfortable. I still don't know what I am capable of for the marathon since I am building back up but today was an encouragement.
