Back home and it was a nice morning 68 but the humidity is starting to get up.  We are visiting family this weekend so wanted to knock out the long run today since time will probably be short on the weekend. I felt good starting out and ran along easy.  I didn't take into account the warmer temps and higher humidity so I didn't take any fluids with me.  After about 10 miles that started to catch up with me so I just slowed down a little but was definitely getting tired toward the end.  When I got home I re-weighed myself and I lost about 3.5 lbs and that was after drinking a glass of water.  I guess summer is almost here and need to plan to take fluids with me on these longer runs.

No fluids? Yikes! I've always been paranoid about that ever since the first time I ran 13 miles and brought nothing. I was eyeing people's garden hoses and thinking about knocking on someone's door and asking for a drink.

Now, sometimes people make fun of me for excessive use of my drink belt.
