Honolulu, HI.  Went out really early this morning and it was warm (68) and humid (haven't said that in awhile).  I still felt a little stiff this morning but loosened up after a few miles.  I ran up and around Diamond Head.  The waves were beautiful reflecting from the moon.  This is always good run since I get some hill work in.  I am hoping that tomorrow I can get a longer run in.  It seems like I have been saying this for weeks so hopefully tomorrow will be the day.

I loved running the loop around Diamond Head and back down into downtown. Like you said a nice combo of up, down and flat...and the views were great. Are your running the loop clockwise or counterclockwise (I did mine clockwise)?

Enjoy the warm weather running.

It is a great run. I have always ran the loop counter clockwise. I will have to try the other route. Being from flat Indiana it is a good chance for me to get in some hill work. Also, the weather is also great.
