Honolulu:  Out early again this morning on the Diamond Head loop.  I ran out around Diamond Head then down the back side to Waikiki turned around and ran back.  It was warm (76) and super humid.  I was drentched with sweat when I finished.  I mixed it up some while running.  I ran a few sections around MP pace and then ran a couple of the hills hard.  Nothing structured just running by feel.  Felt pretty good this morning.  There were some nice views of the ocean this morning with the full moon.  Always nice to hear the ocean rolling while running.

Going from one extreme weather change to another has to be tough. Nice run. I bet the humidity was hard to deal with. That's the part I would hate. Are you out there on business?

Yes, the weather in Indy right now is ideal for running and is a big change coming out here.

I am out here on business. I come out about 2 or 3 times a year to visit my customer. I always tell everyone that I don't like coming out here but no one believes me. It really is a pain because of the huge time change and don't like being away from the family this long. Luckily I am going back tomorrow on the red-eye so I will be tired but at least home on Thur.
