It was warm (71) but very humid (89%) this morning.  I am going hiking in the Smoky Mountains this weekend so I wanted to get my long run in today instead of Sat.  I felt pretty good starting off after the double yesterday.  I still started off very slow and just eased into the run.  I wanted to run the first half easy and then run the second half just a little bit faster.  I went out and back along 300 S.  I went out in 62:26 (8:17) and came back in 59:33 (7:57).  I was surprised how good I felt the last few miles and felt like I could have kept going.

You sure have racked up the miles quickly this week, great job! That's always a good idea to get the long run out of the way before going out of town, hard to know if you'll get much chances to run.
