| Cold and snowy outside so ran on TM. Felt pretty good and ran easy. Just glad to get in some miles.

| We have 12 inches of snow, -13 temp and -40 WC pretty easy decision to stay inside today. Just ran easy on my TM. I think the TM is on its last legs. Feels like the deck is broken and the belt is slipping a lot. Probably time to start looking for a replacement.

| Still cold and snowy here so another day on the TM. Felt good today and just ran easy. Trying to get back into the routine. It would be nice to get outside but that probably won't be possible until the weekend when it warms up some.

| Still snow covered outside and cold. Another day on the TM. I felt good and the running was easy. Starting to get back into the routine. After this week I will start to build back up to normal mileage.

| Cold, windy and snowy so another. Haven't been to movitaved lately because of all of this cold weather. Also, haven't been keeping up with my entries on the blog. Going to try to get better at increasing my mileage even though I will probably be on the TM for awhile.

| Cold (4) and windy this morning so inside on the TM. We have had a lot of snow on the roads in my area so not been able to get outside for awhile. Would love to get out some of these days but just no room on the roads right now and I don't trust the drivers. Hopefully we can get the snow off and some warmer weather soon. I felt good today and just gradually picked it up as I went along. Trying to get back into the every day routine so when the weather is better I will be ready to roll.

| Another day on the TM. Easy run today. I felt good and really itching to get outside but need some snow to melt so I have somewhere to run.
