Married, two daughters (18 and 15). Masters runner trying to get competitive in my age group.
It was cool (30) this morning but clear. Felt pretty good but got some tightness in my calf so cut the run short. Didn't want to do any more damage.
Pretty nice day (39) with light wind. Felt pretty good today just an easy run.
Beautiful day today (49) that made me look forward to spring. Felt good and just ran easy.
