Another great morning but more wind. Felt pretty good today after yesterday's workout. Just took it easy and cruised along nothing exciting to report. I guess it is a good thing to not have anything exciting to talk about like injuries, weather, travel, etc. It is kind of nice to just have some normal days. This week has week good so far and I am planning a longer run tomorrow. I hope the weather cooperates. We are expecting severe storms. 64:38 |
