Cool (48) and very windy morning.  Today planned on cutting back the long run and doing a long MP run.  Started out with 4 miles easy then ran 10 miles at MP.  Felt good and was probably a little faster then MP for me at this point.  I ended up averaging 7:35 for the 10 miles.  Not the best weather to run in but turned out to be a good run.
