It warmed up some today (28) but the sun was out so that melted a lot of the snow.  I just ran easy today down 300S and back.  It was into the wind going out so felt a little cold but felt good coming back.  I had some pain in my right calf which came out of nowhere and hurt for about a mile then got better.  Not sure what that was about but since it got better the last half hopefully it is not a problem.  I hope the snow stays away the rest of the week. I really want to be able to go outside instead of the treadmill.

Thanks Jim, I do have to say that hills are not the funnest things to run. I guess i am still learning how to run them. When is your next race?

Kory, I will do some low key races in town this winter but my next big race will be Boston. This is my first time and I am pretty excited. How about you? What are your plans for 2010?

I hate those freakish pains that just pop up, but fortunately they usually go away quickly and hopefully stay away. Hope you get a little bit warmer weather soon.

Mark, felt fine today so like you said some weird pain that luckily went away quickly.
