It was cool (30) and windy day today with a few snow flurries. I just did an easy 5 miles as I continue to taper for the marathon. Nothing special today but started real slow and gradually picked up the pace as I went along. I will be traveling to Huntsville tomorrow early so I am thinking about not running tomorrow and then doing a short run on Friday. The weather for the race looks great as it will probably be in the 40's for the entire race. Hope it stays the same. Also, I need to finalize my plan for the race. I have went back and forth on a couple of pace/strategies so I need to decide and commit to the plan.

A few days to race time - exciting!

The work has been put in, which is a great feeling, all that is required is mental focus, placing your energy in a good place, and like you said, contemplating strategy and tactics for the race.
