It was cool and misty rain today.  Felt good this morning and was excited to get out.  I started off easy to let the foot loosen up and then after about a 1/2 mile got into the normal groove.  I didn't have any pain or problems in the foot which was very exciting.  Just hope I can keep patient and buildup without any problems.
