Raining this morning so ran inside on the TM. Another easy day and felt pretty good.

Mark, thanks for reaching out. I have cut back on my running and just kind of going through a break right now so haven't felt much like keeping up with it no the blog. I still check in on yours and others process so it is good to see you all still out there running. Hope you all are doing well and keep up the good work.
