Warm morning (44) with some light wind. Didn't have much time today either so was able to get in 6 miles. With Halloween tonight we have some activities that we are helping with at church so probably all I will get in today. I felt good but just ran easy. Hopefully, next week I can get into some more serious running. The Huntsville Marathon will sneak up on me if I am not careful.

Actually, it's good to get a couple fresh weeks of low miles in. Your fine and don't panic you have time to get some tempo's in and time to sharpen your form before the next one. Have fun on Halloween.

Kory is exactly right. Take a little time to refresh the legs then you'll be ready to train great and move on to the next level.

Good solid run. You've got a decent amount of time to build back up. Looks like you should be right on track for Huntsville, December?
