More rain this morning so stayed inside on the trainer.  I rode the bike for an hour at a pretty good pace.  I didn't get to ride over the weekend just because of too much going on with the family.  It was good to get the heart pumping again.  It has been a month since I have ran and the foot is feeling better.  I might start to run again slowly building back up with I continue to bike.

At least it stopped raining and I was able to get outside but it was still cool and windy.  I ended up riding the bike for around 55 minutes and covered around 16 miles. It was slow going in some sections because of the strong wind.  It made for a good workout though.  It was nice to get outside but still looking for some warmer temps.

Finally got a nice day even though it was still pretty windy. I went out on the bike and did around 20 miles in about an hour.  My bike computer was acting up so I didn't get an accurate distance.  I went out into the wind and that was pretty tough but had a good time coming back with the wind.  I was averaging around 24 or 25 mph on the way back which felt good and was a lot of fun.

It was cool this morning and the rain was on its way so I went out on the bike early to try to beat the rain.  I got in 35 miles and the rain started about 4 miles before I finished.  Luckily it wasn't very hard until about 10 minutes after I got home.  Pretty good ride today. Not too hard but good to get more time in the saddle.
