It was warm (40) this morning but pretty windy so felt cool. I felt pretty good today but just an easy run.

Rainy and windy this morning so ran inside on the TM. Just a real easy run. Legs were a little tired today.
We had some snow and ice last night so a little slick out this morning. Stayed inside on the TM. Felt good but ran easy.
