I got a virus in my inner ear about 10 days ago and it messed by my balance and caused vertigo so I haven't been able to run for awhile.  Today I was almost back to normal.  They say it takes about two to three weeks to get over this but was feeling good today.  I was glad to be able to run again and didn't have too many issues along the way.  Going to try to keep running everyday as long as it continues to improve.  So thankful that everything is not spinning and thank God for the little things that can really effect your health.  Makes me realize how blessed I am.

Was feeling even better today so got out for a few miles.  It was a nice day (60) with some wind.  I felt good and the running seemed easy.  I didn't want to go overboard with the running as I am still trying to get completely over this virus.  Unfortunately, according to the Dr it is a slow recovery from the side effects but seem to be getting close to over it.  Hoping to be back to normal next week.

Beautiful morning today.  It was around 60 and no wind.  I felt kind of tired this morning.  Played golf and walked last night so kind of tired from being on my feet so long.  I just took it easy and enjoyed the great morning.
