It was another great day today with temp in mid 50's and still windy.  I went out and back on 300S.  Luckily it was out into the wind and had the wind coming back.  I felt pretty good but just ran easy.  Started off real easy and came back the last half a little faster.

Yes, it is turning into a nice spring. Hopefully, a chance to put some spring in my training. You seem to have recovered nicely from the back injury. Planning any races?

No races planned for now other than a fall marathon, just need to see which one I can get into since St. George has a lottery system. I imagine I'll do some shorter races along the way too. Looking forward to starting with some tempo/speed workouts soon since I haven't really done much the last year.
