It cooled down today (48) and was pretty windy.  Just continuing to do some easy running as I come back from the achilles injury.  I started off real easy today and had some pain in my foot about 1 mile into it but it only lasted about a minute then I didn't have any more problems.  It scared me because I am afraid after taking off all this time I still am having problems with it.  Hopefully, it was just tightness and not anything serious. I will continue to run every other day and monitor it.  Also, I am not going to increase the mileage until I can run every day without any pain.  The pace today was easy around 8:30.

It was cool and misty rain today.  Felt good this morning and was excited to get out.  I started off easy to let the foot loosen up and then after about a 1/2 mile got into the normal groove.  I didn't have any pain or problems in the foot which was very exciting.  Just hope I can keep patient and buildup without any problems.

It was a perfect day for running with temp around 50 and no wind.  I felt good this morning but still started off real easy to make sure I got loose and warmed up.  After that I ran along comfortably and felt easy.  I didn't have any pain or problems with the foot so far so good.  It is hard to stay patient and build up slowly.  I am ready to get back to normal running.  With just the little I have been doing I am starting to feel better and my attitude is definitely better.

Still mixing in some biking as I try to get back to full time running.  Today was a nice day around 80 with pretty good wind (15mph).  I did a 40 mile back ride and maintained a pretty good pace considering the wind.  I never did feel like the wind was helping much.  It was mostly from the side which alway seems like it is hurting.  I ended up avg 18.3 mph but would have like to have been faster.
