I was able to get in a few miles this afternoon and it was hot and humid compared to what I have been running in.  I felt very sluggish.  We went out to eat with some friends after church so I was still kind of stuffed from that.  I just wanted to get in some miles and keep trying to build back up to full time running.  I did have some slight pain in my foot.  I am starting to think that it is the shoes because same thing happened last time I ran in them.  I will definitely try some others for awhile and see how that goes.

Nice morning for running.  Pretty cool (60) and no wind.  I felt good this morning but still started off easy to get loosened up.  After that I ran a little faster and felt really good.  I didn't have any pain or problems with the foot which was a good sign.  Starting to feel a little bit like a running again but still have a long way to go.

It was warmer today but I felt good.  I started off faster than normal and continued at a steady pace.  I was out of town the last couple of days on a very busy business trip so didn't get any running in.  It was good to get back out today.

Somerset, KY:  Quick trip to see the family and was able to get out early this morning for a few miles.  It was warm (72) and very hilly to what I am used to.  I didn't feel the best today.  I felt very sluggish.  Could be from the recent traveling and been very busy lately.  Just took it easy today.
